This is a symptom of various problems that have occurred on the Preview Grid. It gets fixed and comes back. Not always the same problem server side, but we see the same user symptom. Try your previous password. You'll likely find it still works on the Preview Grid. Mine does. You can file a Trouble Ticket and ask that they update the password and inventory on the Preview Grid.
