One (23rd tier date) is already sold.Wanting $500 for each, includes transfer fee.One has tier date on the 3rd.Second has tier date on 23rd.Sims are isolated with no other neighbors.I cannot transfer sims until after May 27 as I have a long-term tenant who will not be leaving until then, unless you are willing to leave the sims as they are until then.If sims are not sold by June tier dates, they will be abandoned to the Lindens.Please contact me in-world or email lizzy.saintlouis@gmail.comThank you for your consideration.
