Sims have been sold

Due to RL, I have two fully developed grandfathered sims for sale. One sim is the Fairytales area that has become a popular area. The other sim has a shopping area and a ballet studio. There is a wonderful theater that straddles the sims with the audience on one sim and the performers on the other. All items will be left on the sims. The price? Free! You only need to pay the transfer fee to keep them as grandfather status - $US 1200. Tier dates are 20th and 28th. IM me for more information.

Both regions have now sold. If either sale falls through, I will contact other parties who are interested. Thank you all!

Two One full regions for sale. One (23rd tier date) is already sold. Wanting $500 for each, includes transfer fee. One has tier date on the 3rd. Second has tier date on 23rd. Sims are isolated with no other neighbors. I cannot transfer sims until after May 27 as I have a long-term tenant who will not be leaving until then, unless you are willing to leave the sims as they are until then. It could really help if one could do a key word search at subcatagories rather than only for top level. That might eliminate a lot of trash. I also like the idea of a special category for all freebies and almost freebies.

I don't recall making and postings in the older forums. I looked lots but was much too intimidated to post. Afraid of being shot down. I wish the private message had given more of a reason why such a title had been bestowed and how one might rise up in the ranks. Perhaps they have started a new ranking game and we need to find or make up the rules as we go along.

Yes, in preferences turn off local lights. Also you may want to consider using windlight settings (world -> sky settings). I particularly like Nam's Optimal Skin and Prim setting.
