I made L$ payment to an alt opened from my friendlist & have a record in transaction history

This is not a case of mistaken identity as the only other question similar concludes.

My alt did not receive the payment.... not in transaction history.

I just realized I'm using Bento viewer ... could this be an issue?

Your viewer shouldn't be the issue - a transfer is a transfer. If you've double- and triple-checked your transaction history for BOTH accounts - this one, to make sure you did, in fact, send to the right person and that the money is gone from your account; and the alt's, to make sure it hasn't, in fact, been recieved - you should be able to call billing, since it's a monetary issue.
