Did it work before or just never worked at all? If it never worked, be sure you are in your own house. The SLurl of your Linden home is on your dashboard > account > my mainland.

Hello tuta. For what house you speak? A Linden Home? If it is a Linden Home are you sure that you are at the right home? Is it a new home, you had this problem in past or it suddently appeared? Did you try to relog? Do you get any message when you click the control panel? Please provide more details about (Options --> Edit).

FACT: The control panel on Linden homes is NOT supported by ALL third-party viewers.

If you call support you will be spending a lot of your resource to receive this same answer .  

SOLUTION: Use a LL viewer for access to control panel OR select another LL home until you find one that works with your viewer.
