Looking for a Project Funder for a huge project

Hi, My name is Henry, I've got 8 Years experience in game development, I've worked with several successful companies such as Disney-Pixar, 2K Games & Rockstar Games, I've also worked with smaller Indie Companies, I Believe that my eye for detail can give us a great advantage, I've a great portfolio & background and I can also have references available upon request, I will attach a few pictures from my portfolio and will also gladly explain more in depth if you ask me too, My Target Funds for this project is L$120,000, The reason why is because I believe it will take me around 8 - 12 weeks to do everything, I'm hoping once done that we can open up to the world of second life and generate a stable income from renting appartments, shops, malls, clubs, garages, land & much more, plus donations, what do you get out of this?, You get 90% of the income, I just want to be able to do my work and get my name out, I will recieve 10% for future projects and the other 90% you can do as you wish with.

How much experience do you have in Second Life and in SL rentals?  Do you already have the land for the project?  What skills do you NOT have that would be neededm at additional cost (animations, sound, scripting)?  There are many land-companies in SL renting apartments, small shops and land.  There are more clubs coming and going than it's worth keeping track of.  Malls have largely disappeared and no-one needs a garage (although it's plausible that someone will rent one).  Why do you think your development will do better?  How many staff will you need to run all this, how much will you pay the DJs. other performers, land-agents, etc?  In short, how long do you expect it to take to get that L$120,000 back?

Potential investors will want to know all this, at least.

I have around 4 years experience with rentals. People will want to come because I can design low lag but beautiful scenery

I can do most things except script which I have a team member who scripts so that's no worries. It should take around 3 months to pay back full amount funded. There are several land companies indeed but I'm aiming at making this experience as realistic as possible. So it feels like a 'second life' I aim to do this designing a sim that has town, city, village and forest themes throughout. Realistic size and scale. Everything will be rented and there will be several attractions including it will also be a full role play environment.
