Although... If you're looking for help it's also vital that you post information about your computer and connection to Second Life, as well as a description of the problem. 'Crashing' isn't enough information, you should post error messages in full and state exactly where the application fails. If you can obtain information from your Second Life logfiles (typically only the last dozen lines are interesting, and you should redact any personally-identifying information found in each) then that could be useful, too. You can get PC information by CopyPasting the information from Help > About in your viewer (before logging in if that helps). You can get connection information by using a SpeedTest website, obtaining it from your ISP, or your own testing. Can't help more than that.
