Locking Window Positions in SL Viewer

I've been using the Firestorm Viewer for years now but I want to try to get used to using the SL Viewer. I move the "Conversations", "Camera Controls", "Inventory" etc. windows around to where I want them but the next time I log on they are all back to a default position.

Is there a way to move them where I want and lock them in place?

That's odd.  They stay where I put them.  My guess would be there is some sort of conflict between V4 and FS.
