Can a AMD Radeon HD 6310 run secondlife I am geting a new computer in a few days and this would help me alot

Not very well......maybe not at all depending on how much system RAM your new machine has.  It's an intergrated graphic chipset incorporated into the CPU of the computer.  Barely more capable than the old Intel 945 onboard chipset.......and that graphics accelerator was (is) miserable for SL.

Hello PrinceStitch and welcome to SL Forums. The amd radeon 6310 has no any dedicated memory. It means with simple words that it "bollows memory" from your RAM. If your RAM is good (at least 4GB) normally you won't have problems to run SL with medium or high graphics.
