hello, I have been using for three days I can connected my avatar but I do not see it ..... I'm under water I can see that the earth or the sky so I teleport I crash

Does you location coordinates show as 10,10,10? With a screen like this one: 10,10,10 Bug

If so that is a known bug, you are not actually underwater, you just have a blue screen. Phoenix is running the master JIRA for this issue, though LL are working with them as you can see from the comments, because it can affect any viewer. http://jira.phoenixviewer.com/browse/PHOE-2548
