How do I stop someone 'attaching' themselves to me?

I think what it is, is similar to one of those follow HUD's sold on marketplace

The only thing is this is not following me but directly on my position when I check the mini map or slightly in front of me and moves where I move, does anyone know how to prevent this, please? It seems the person doing this doesn't require my permission to 'attach' himself to me.

Either use one of the shields on the mp (which would only work if it's a rez zone, but no guarantee), move to a no script area, or just ignore the person doing it. If it's your land you can also eject / ban them.
