    Half a SIM to rent - 120 USD / Quarter SIM negotiable - Mature Estate SIM

    This is a reduction of 25 to 30 USD on a half a SIM. I do not want a profit. I just would like to save the SIM and my current ¼ by upgrading to a half and sharing with a nice person.

    This is a 50/50 land deal - I pay 175 USD you pay 120 USD - must be serious about long term stay. You also get to have half the prims plus I let you landscape 3/4 the SIM (prim allowance for my 1/4 comes from me). I have a 1/4 of the SIM at present and spend most of my time on platforms in the air. This is a mountain and I want it to stay. Other residents have ruin the terraforming so this is our chance - your chance - to put it to right! It was lovely when I arrives over 4 years ago.

    Also I have no problem is you sublet to friends or group. The SIM is Residential Mature.

    This is an emergency off as the SIM will close unless I take it over - I would also pay the transfer fee.

    I am a no dramas person.  This is an honest offer, to anyone who is equally honest.

    Full SIM to share - we share 50/50 or 65/35 or 75/25- no dramas - must be serious and reliable. Have the SIM in mind - spend most of my time in sky so fellow SIM owner is free to landscape 3/4 of surface that includs 1/3 of mine and I will provided the prims for the landscaping on my half :) - will also pay the transfer fee from the current owner to us :) - full tiers are 295 USD per  month - so it would be a ratio of the full teir amount depending what size yp want, Also OK if partner wants to rent some of their half to others to suppliment there tiers. May even have a potential resident for them. I would pay the transfer fee for the SIM from the current owner - no cost to you.

    UPDATE - been doing the figures - happy to have anyone wanting a smaller ratio you just need to be able to pay the tier costs for the ratio you have and be serious long term resident.

    Hi,

    Looking for someone to share a residiential SIM with. Have a SIM in mind - would be 50/50 costs. I would pay the trandsfer fee 100% and as I spend most of my time on platforms the other half can landscape almost 3/4 of the ground level - the other is the 1/4 which is a snow capped peak and I would like it to stay that way :)

    Looking to find someone who is willing and serious about sharing half a SIM. I am at a SIM where I have been paying for a 1/4 for since 2007. It is about to close. Financially I can see myself being able to continue to have no problem to extend to paying half the tiers for half the SIM. I am also willing to pay the full 100 USD to the current owner to take over the SIM. This would be a big saving on getting a new one from Linden. NO COST TO ANY POTENIAL PARTNER FOR THE TRANSFER FEE.

    Also note that as said I have been at this SIM since 2007 extending from 1/8 to end up with 1/4, so you can believe I want to stick around and won't leave you in the lurch. This would be my expectation of who I shared with. The SIM is residential.

    On the SIM I have the snow cap escarpment and would stay there - that is a quarter of it. I have little at the ground level as I have all my builds on platforms. We could terraform the SIM back to the way it was when I started there. low land rising slowly up to the mountain.

    I am a quiet resident into no drama and reliable. Happy to stay out of the "roomy's" way - besides the mountain which is the top half of the SIM 1/4 - I am happy to leave the low lands to my SIM partner. Also I may be also willing to have less prims from the half SIM quota.for the right type of SIM partner.

    My builds are fantasy - steampunk in  orientation but not fussed what goes on down below. The current neighbours have modern and gardens plus tropic - previous residents have had an a variaty of other themes - medievl etc

    If you are interested please contact me. In the meantime I will be seeing what I can do inworld to save this wonderful little SIM. Costs per person would be half of 295 USD - I am willing to pay 150 USD.  See no problem if partner wanted to sublet parcels on their half to tenants - no seedy types though :) - to subsidise their teirs, I just want someone with staying power.
