The SIM in mind is called The Celestial Realm - spend most of my time in sky so fellow SIM owner is free to landscape their half 1/4 or quarter or whatever. This is a quaint sime not a modern one. I occupy a half (50) and a friend another !/4 (25)It would be a ratio of the full teir amount depending what size you want.Also OK if partner wants to rent some of their half to others to suppliment their tiers or for profit.Full tiers are 295 USD per month for the whole SIM - a new partner would be paying a low USD 75. The ratio would change dependant on what size the new person wanted if a smaller amount. Payments are due before the 5th of each monthPlease be aware this is a SIM that is tranquil and pleasent to look at. Sort of an old world feel. Happy to accommodate pirates. Currently the quater in question is occupied by a friend with a submaritme world and steampunk airship, but they are discovering real life again.My half has a tavern for events if required and is pirate friendly, petite friendly. - but it wouldn'y't have worked for the whole ground level as I do have builds on the half I occupy and one half of that - one quarter is private list access only. I am sure you will find something and I hope you do - I would have been interested on what you were going to build though Best regards WIn -

This is a 50/50 land deal - I pay 175 USD you pay 120 USD - must be serious about long term stay. You also get to have half the prims plus I let you complimentary landscape your 1/2 the SIM.
My half of the sim has a mountain and fjords.
Also I have no problem is you sublet to friends or group. The SIM is Residential Mature but can also be use for commercial purposes.. You 1/2 (even 1/4) can be a money making venture if you like.
I am a no dramas person. This is an honest offer, to anyone who is equally honest.

I have half a sim I am advertising at the a pro-rata cost depending on what someone would like in size. The cost would be pro-rata to the size and the teirs I have to pay linden. I am not in this to make a profit. It would be that basic cost for the size land nominate.
It is a tranquil sim wilt an oldish world feel to it. Terrafoming of individuals parceis is allowed, with an idea to complementing the rest of the sim. All the amenities in the common area of the sim - 1 quarter of the half I reside is are available for use.

I have a 1/4 of the SIM at present and spend most of my time on platforms in the air. This is a mountain and I want it to stay. Other residents have ruin the terraforming so this is our chance - your chance - to put it to right! It was lovely when I arrives over 4 years ago.
Also I have no problem is you sublet to friends or group. The SIM is Residential Mature.
This is an emergency off as the SIM will close unless I take it over - I would also pay the transfer fee.
