I opened a ticket due to sudden lag issues, tp issues and not being able to change clothing. A week ago, everything was peachy, then all of a sudden, I can barely move in SL. That's not even the worst of it. LL sent me a response saying that I'm only a basic member and they won't help me. Um, I've been a paid member since at least 2004. Who the hell reads the computer screens, monkeys? How is one not able to determine the membershp status of a person who has submitted other tickets in the past and had no problems? I never wanted to believe LL just brushes off its members, but now I'm seeing them in a whole new light. This may not seem that big a deal but if they want to consider me a basic membership, I'd be happy to receive a refund check for $72 x 8 years./end rant Ava.
