I asked the same thing and even have talked live to rep, and sent in a support ticket ,, they told me it s known issue and they are working on it .....coughs...so they say.....i sent this in over 2 weeks ago and still it isnt fixed , so join the crowd rossetti...

I Want to be able to give permissions to *New* friends i have made (in past 2 weeks) and am unable to... Old friends i can but new ones i cant please help, when i click on the gear thingy up by thier profile it has no option for permissions ,It "only " shows permissions on Old friends.. also it still tells me to "add friend" in their profile as well, even though they *are already* on my inworld friends list
