    when i us phoenix my movies will play but on firestorm it wont it keeps telling me media plug in failed even udated adobe n quick time n nothing. any suggestions?

    hello i have been having a problem since i loaded firestorm my movie media wont play keeps telling me no media pligin found. i went as far as redownloading it n still not getting my media plug in. is this just a bug? cause when phoenix is done i wont be able to watch any of my movie.
