Sabre Parabola

I followed the instructions in the migration guide. On my merchant home page, manage listings, the Unassociated Inventory Items button says (0), yet my items are all unavailable. On the Edit Item Listing page, I am still not given an option to set the item to active. All of my items are a single object, i.e. not a complete clothing outfit or multiple textures in a folder.

I've tried this and my store still shows nothing. All items were successfully sent to the MP from my merchant outbox, yet I am unable to change the delivery mode from magic box to direct in my merchant home. I also am not getting an option to change the item status from unavailable to active.
