This is the reason I had to remove all of my items from the market place the use shared media. I was spending too much time with customer support, and dishing out refunds because the products were unusable. I tried to keep the listing updated with a notice explaining which viewers were able to display these items, but that really didn't help. As it is, I've pretty much scrapped that product line since shared media still isn't supported on most viewers.
