Moonfall Meadows is a new lush forest community with forthcoming shops and things to explore. We are currently still under construction but do have 6 cabins for rent. These can either be furnished or unfurnished. We are giving renters 500 prims for just 200L a week. We are aware that there are some who can't afford an outrageous payment on rent and so we hope to bring in people who are in need of a lower income situation but provide some beautiful amenities and scenery. After some unsuccessful attempts through trial and error I'm hoping this new venture will be successful. I am looking for a landscaper and builder to help establish my sim, Moonfall Meadows. I don't have a huge budget but the plan is to have a community of poets, artists, and etc and to hold live music events as well as offer low cost homes and storefronts for rent. I've had some ups and downs as some of you may know and I will be as transparent with you about that situation as possible. I am not looking for a business partner as I currently have one but would appreciate anything anyone is willing to do as I'm not too versed in building and all that. I am in world from 10 am to 2pm est everyday and check mobile sporadically throughout the day. My hours in world should be increasing soon but as I said, I will discuss anything you wish to know. I am planning on opening a brand new fantasy themed forest sim for people who identify as witches/wiccans/warlocks, etc as well as people who may be wishing they had a place to discuss all things supernatural without being judged. We will also have weekly concerts, poetry readings, tarot card readings, and various special events. I am hoping to have some space available for home rentals and shop rentals. The fees will not be outrageous and you will get an excellent deal on a first come basis.
