I am seeking an event planner and decorator for a Thanksgiving Dinner event that I would like to have in November. You must have references and proof of your work and work in a timely, prompt, professional manner. This is currently a one and done job depending on how well we work together. I am not looking for a manager or business partner as of right now. Just someone with some flair and skill who could help set this all up. I know we have no way of verifying your RL age. We're just asking so that we have some sort of recorded response saying that you are a legal adult in the United States, and yes I'm aware that some countries it's 17/18 years old that you are an adult. We are just trying to prevent anyone presenting as a child, or under real life legal age from working as a "customer service entertainer" and or come to our location and participate in any of our locations adults only activities. Rental agents will answer any questions our residents may have and will assist with the renting process. - this position will begin in July. Hosts must have a positive, outgoing, professional attitude and must be willing to host at least two 2 hour shifts per week and know how to send notifications. DJ's must have their own stream, must speak and greet guests as well as take requests. We play top 40, rock, country, pop, and some R&B. We are also looking for management and investors. I'm seeking people who may be interested in investing in a new residential community. I currently have six cabins available for rent and am getting ready to put in vendor locations as well.
