Don't forget to add in the number of prims/land impact the slected objects will take up, also the approximate space in meters to the root box name and/or description. Whenever you re-rezz the object, always have the build menu open before you rez it so it will remain selected once rezzed and you can move your coalesced object round instantly, rather than selecting all the objects again.

Unfortunately this is probaly considered expected behaviour now despite various requests to make it work. The Jira on this issue has been open since 2007. VWR-28409
