    MANAGERS: Must be a little creative and able to work things on your own to some point. You will be expected to create events and get the staff there.     You must have better then just good skin and hair. I look for people who take pride in their avatar and keep them looking above average.

    You must be able to dedicate yourself to the club. I know RL comes first and there's time to just be doing something else in SL. However if you're on staff, then you're expected to show up from time to time.

    Managers: You'll help with setting up events, hiring staff, dealing with store rentals and promotion of the club.

    Hosts: You'll work with the manager to promote events, send group notices, greet guests,

    Dancers: Keep the party going. Dance on stage. Dance with guests.
