1) I have filled already a ticket but i havent get any help, thats the reason why i submit this topic.... if someone can help me with.... or have a ny idea why i have this problem or something.... 2) Im not premium but i have payment info on file and i have complete all the tutorial and both are green 3) 2 friends of mine are NOT PREMIUM and they can upload mesh items with JUST payment info on file ONLY and they have upload mesh items in game. 4) In secondlife site IT NOT SAYS that i must be premium to upload mesh items but JUST to have a payment info used... 5) in mesh status on my account it NOT SAYS ANYTHING ABOUT PREMIUM account....ONLY paymnt info used... 6) I have freak out because some people tell me that i must be premium and some others tell me that this have done nothing with premium accounts. i must only have payment info on file,something that i have already 4 years now...and linden lab do not answer me.... oh i forgot im basic xoxo! 7) Yes i have many collada .dae files to upload

I have an issue with upload mesh. Even if i have Complete the tutorial and I have already payment info used and payment info on my file, i cannot upload mesh items. I was premium but now im basic but i think this is not a problem because i have already 2 friends that they have not premium accounts but basic accounts with payment info on file and they can upload mesh items and they have upload. When i press the link Find out how to get certified it shoes me a page that does not exist or is in maintenance. I dont know why this problem is still going on... I have both status green lol....

im logging in from this computer 2 years without any problem one day i tried to upload a picture and i get this errors and i cannot fix it ((( and i havent download something to my computer to "block" the uploads for secondlife e.t.c.

I DO NOT GET ANY HELP IN THIS SECTION . I SOLVE THE PROBLEM ALONE WITH FORMAT.THANK YOU. ___________________________________ Message before edit : even if i can log in with singularity . firestorm and v3 viewer i cannot log in to beta viewer.. it shows me that i put wrong password or wrong nickname. but both are correct. I tried to change the pass word and again the same.... i can log in into the worlds but not in beta........ I have and another one problem with my viewers. Even if i can upload images e.t.c. with singularity,when im trying to upload with firestorm and v3 i get crash errors . I have try clear cashe,updates,reinstall,clear install and everything and the problem is still going...... updated: Computer: intel core i5 2410m ram4gb ati radeon 6650 64 bit windows 7 My computer works perfect in ultra graphics without any problem Viewers: Secondlife V3 : the latest version (updated) Problem in upload (crash errors) Firestorm: The latest version (updated) Problem in upload (crash errors) Singularity : The latest Version (updated) : No problem in upload Catnip : The latest version (updated) : Problem in upload (crash errors) I have already try : Clear cashe Delete roam files e.t.c Reinstall Clear reinstall : Delete and again install Connection : Is not my connection,i have very high connection without any problem) Account on beta viewer : The problem to log in into beta is only on my one account (i have a new account that is 1 week old) and i dont know why.... maybe because its new???
