[A Farewell From Jack]

Sheesh, I just took the "Jack Office Hours" out of my calender.  I had it on "Every Thursday" and "End Repeat - Never".  I feel like its an end of an era.  What am I going to do for that hour going forward?

Well Jack,

I will say you are going to be missed.  No matter what I said or did, I always was glad to have you around to help clairfy the mud and make it only muck.

You will be missed by myself and so many people.  I do hope noone else will be filling your shoes, they simply cannot.

Best wishes and good luck where ever it is you land.  I was glad to have met you in SL and RL.  If you ever need a place to lay a prim, you know who to call!

@Jack - I like the idea of adding a benefit to having a premium account. You get to lock your user name so noone can use it.  In office hours in the past, you have talked about adding value to having a premium account.  Over the years, this has only been talk and no action.  There are alot of ways to add value to premium membership, here is a huge one!

In all honestly, I would be willing to pay more than a nominal fee for the ability to lock my user name.  This way you are not locking out millions of account but you are protecting those of us that have serious business or take our name personal.

Two ways to give your long time users protection - Make it a premium benefit or charge us a fee, even if monthly or yearly for it.
