It's not just you. The clouds have been gone in the Linden viewers since V2.8. I presume this code base has found it's way into Phoenix. The clouds were removed by Oz Linden, apparently on his own initiative. All we are left with are the two dimensional clouds painted on the windlight backdrop. One of the things which disappeared in viewer 2.x was the ability to give a calling card. This was a great way to keep track of business contacts without having to friend them. I was sad to see it go. But having said that, I know it was an under-used feature. On many occasions I have asked for a calling card and then had to explain how to give one.
