im having this same problem and I live in the United States...I recently downgraded as well and now I cant upgrade or buy lindens and there is no "update billing info/delete info" button on my accounts screen! What gives? I was a paying member for a long time and now poof, I cant even add a credit card number. When I try to buy linden's or upgrade my account it takes me to the LindenX cashier where it asks me to update my billing information but in the "country " menu, my country ( the USA ) isnt even listed, so thats as far as I get.
