  1. That USA toll free number is a bunch of garbage...they arent very helpful at all. I called yesterday trying to find out why I cant buy lindens, upgrade my account or even update my cc information. They gave me some crap about since they updated the LindenX billing thing, that some ppl are now listed as being in another country other than the USA-where I am. The support member told me that he could do nothing and that I have to call some number in England ( which will cost a lot of USD ) so that they can fix the issue. WTF do I have to call England to fix this crap? Why should I have to? Its not my fault that this new pathetic system doesnt work for sh#$. Im trying to give these ppl money and they dont seem to wanna take it.
  2. im having this same problem and I live in the United States...I recently downgraded as well and now I cant upgrade or buy lindens and there is no "update billing info/delete info" button on my accounts screen! What gives? I was a paying member for a long time and now poof, I cant even add a credit card number. When I try to buy linden's or upgrade my account it takes me to the LindenX cashier where it asks me to update my billing information but in the "country " menu, my country ( the USA ) isnt even listed, so thats as far as I get.
