Dear resident,
Winter is almost coming so it is time to build for Christmas. This island is a pretty corner island on a fast Homestead sim. This island will give you a corner with Sunset View and 937 prims. As you can see from this great landscape there is a frozen lake and winter decorations already in place. You can of course build and landscape the island completely to your liking.
Count Burks Estates does provide residents of Second Life with the best and most exquisite landscapes for many years.
This island is available to rent for the rate of 2220 Linden per week. Payment per month is preferred.

Hello Benson,
This is a link for you to a residential ocean front island on a fast simulator without lag. The land is very private and high quality.
The land does hold 937 prims and comes with full terraforming to create the environment for your house as you wish.
As an alternative if you would like to have a beach setting you can take a look here.
I do focus on high quality living environments and not on cheap garbage land. An island like this costs 2220 Linden per week in rent but it is worth it.
