I noticed your post how you and your mother are in search for land to build your house. I can provide you with high quality land on fast Class 8 private simulators. I can accommodate both you and your mother.
If you desire you can even live next to each other each on your own ocean front island.
For you I can deliver 4096 metres 937 prims 1586 Linden per week
For your mother I can deliver 2048 metres 468 prims 980 Linden per week
If you both have your island with me I can deliver you a combination price discount then you pay 2200 Linden per week. Your mother will then benefit from the fact you and her own a larger surface combined and receive a cheaper price. So you save 366 Linden per week in tier.
If you cannot afford this or are not willing to pay this I cannot help you so you already know that now in advance. I am very straightforward about this. The tier is already cheap. There exist cheaper alternatives both on mainland or skyboxes but then you have to put up with their shortcomings.

I do have an ocean front island of 2048 metres on a green forest simulator. This island will give you 468 prims to build. I do have larger sizes as well if you wish with more prims.
The tier for this island is set at 980 Linden per week
This is the SLURL to look at the island. You control all the trees on your island and all the prims on your island as you desire. You can also terraform your island if you wish.
