    You speak about processes, these processes can be many things such as having a script that pings regions to see if they are up, and if not your system automatically will reboot a sim during offline hours. Then you indeed have processes but no actual staff looking into the situation. I do think that it is mandatory that you always have an actual person who is able to look into offline region tickets at all times of the day seven days per week. This person should be able to bring back the sim online in 90% of the cases and have the needed knowledge to do so. If that person is unable to fulfill this task the staff member should reply to the ticket and explain the situation is more severe and he will need to wait until staff returns to the office the next day. You do not provide clarity by stating that you have "processes" that will handle the "majority" of after hours offline sims. Either you do have staff on watch or you no longer have staff. For example when a region requires a Rollback it can form an issue to wait 20 hours on such a Rollback because there is no staff but only "processes".

    Except for the fact that Linden Lab always claimed there is staff available outside of the regular support hours to look at offline regions. This region could not be reached for 17 hours which is a very long time. I received several complaints from people who could not reach their home or store. It is not like Linden Lab has no money to hire people for a nightshift.

    Yes I did manage to speak with support. Support did inform me that Linden Lab appears not to be handling offline region issues anymore outside of support hours. In the past @Linden Lab concierge support always claimed they had staff at hand outside of regular chat support hours who looked into tickets about offline regions. This appears to be no longer the case now. Since support is only working 8 hours per day and there are issues outside of the hours such as offline regions it can take a long time now before sim issues get solved. Thanks for asking Miller. The sim is back online now. @Linden Lab should really look into guaranteeing they have staff available to bring back simulators online outside of normal support hours. What if someone has a large event planned and their region goes offline outside of support hours? Keeping regions online 24/7 and having technical staff at hand to do this seems like basic service. Especially when the price for such a region costs much more than what one would pay for dedicated servers.

    Sim is still not back online. Filed a support ticket yesterday. No response. Filed 3 abuse reports to let Linden Lab know, no response. Live chat, waiting for 10 minutes, no response.

    The sim Born East cannot be reached, support staff not working in live chat. The web panel shows spinning wheels without the option to reboot the sim. Can you bring Born East back online? Thank you
