As far as I know, camping is banned only if the purpose is to game search.
One of my favorite places has an area witch is not in search with camping – up to 12 avatars at a time, paying L$ 2 each 10 minutes. The only purpose is to help people that need a few L$ while all have a good time socializing. It has an anti-bot device (each cycle appears a question that the person has to answer correctly or is eject from the camping system). I spent much time there as people are fun, lots of talking, active people, many jokes, sometimes I spent my time helping newbies that appears there,

Years ago, when I moved to a new plot, I made a party to friends. Bought some poles, hired a DJ. Give a freebie tip jar to the girls that wanted to use the poles. The party was a success, more than 20 people in, people having fun.
Than I saw a girl near the poles that was unknown to me. Setting to see alfa (ctrl+alt+T), I saw an invisible object over each tip jar. Inspecting it, the objects belong to this girl, and had some script in it. I realized that they were invisible tip jars, trying to collect the girls’ tips.
I don’t know if wearing something could have the same effect.

In Phoenix there is a cool thing - "Restore to Last Position". I don't know if other viewers have something like this.
Do as you have done in the past - try to grab everything - but DON'T MOVE, instead Take it. Than go closer and see if there is something left. Grab all that you can and TAKE. Repeat the process as many times as necessary.
Than go to your new homestead, right click the composite objects that you have take, one by one, and choose “restore to last position”. They will be rezzed in the homestead in the same position that they were before.

Yes, that’s one thing that I feel is wrong with LL’s policy on this: the more one is confident in paying in advance, the more they are punished if something goes wrong. I’m not asking for give us anything for free, I realize that they are a private company in search of money, and they deserve it. But the actual policy, although better than previous one, in fact prevents people to upgrade to Premium, or to choose a longer plan, for fear of being suspended and having to pay a large sum for something that was not used, as is the case in the OP.
I have two premium accounts, both yearly, but to anyone who ask me if it is worth to become Premium, I give the same answer that others gave here: make a brand new, disposable, alt and make it Premium. And, as I was not aware of the possible problems if my payment fails, I have ever sufficient funds to pay my bills for next 2 months ahead. My Premium account will be renewed in July; during this month I will increase my credit to fulfill it.

Yes, in viewer that have built-in RLV, like Phoenix, RLV is disabled by default, but it is not so hard to someone convince a newbie to: 1st change the official for one with RLV, and 2nd to “help” her to go to “Preferences” and enable cool things, including RLV.
And, the RLV complaint scripts can be hidden in any attachments, in a skirt or a hair. A friend made a nipple’s piercing that if the owner wears it with RLV enabled, makes this friend owner of them and prevents them to detach it. And there is no pop-up asking for agree.
Without evidences, I prefer to take the story as true. If I’m wrong and someone is lying about what happened, the worst thing to me is to loose a few minutes while trying to help. But if it has some true on it, maybe my answer would have some value to someone – it’s enough to me.

I don’t know if it still happens, but back in 2007 a friend used to buy/sell land in Mainland. When he gave up, he sold all land, downgraded to Basic, but forgot to revoke the land donation to his group. Next month was surprise for being billed something like US$ 100.
(this was my first lesson to carefully review twice every point when changing anything in SL)

That’s the major problem here; OP has to pay for a full year to have her account back.

The only way for someone be forced to teleport and use animations is if they use a RLV enabled viewer AND is using an attachment giving full powers to the other person (like a slave collar, but the scripts can be hidden in any attachment)
For the viewer, be sure that it has not RLV or RLV is disabled.
On attachments, say your daughter to be careful when accepting/using “gifts” given by others.

By default in groups is that it is charged by every member. But you can change it in group info.
Group Info >> Members and Roles >> Roles
Than you choose the role (everyone/officers) and in “Allowed Abilities” scroll down to “Accounting” and mark/unmark “Pay group liabilities and receive group dividends”
In all groups that I’ve made, I left only owners as responsible to pay liabilities. That means the L$ 30 is shared among the owners, every Tuesday LL take it directly from our avie’s funds. Members don’t pay anything after the change was made.

Description
Premium accounts that are not liable for payments in arrears (eg, premium accounts that only have the "bonus" 512m tier in use) are treated as if they were in default and suspended rather than simply being downgraded to Basic.

(In fact, I suspect that it was only in 2010 that the issue was fixed, by the number of people complaining for having their accounts deleted after missing a payment, but only LL knows for sure)

If you can go to a neighbor plot, from there you can right click the terrain on your plot and choose “About Land” – than in the tab “Access” you can manage the ban list.

Definitely, Lindens had lowered their requirements for Members – I earned Member rank too.

Having followed this thread since the beginning, I would like to put my points of view.
There are many points in this issue, anyway we are now in a better position than we were 2 years ago, when after a little time, the account was erased, and not simply put on hold as today.
Is it fair the way LL manage account in debt now? I don’t think so. To begin with, Premium account is paid in advance, so if one fail to pay at renewal time, it would not actually be in debt if the account is immediately lowered to Basic.
Land fees are other history, it is charged at the end of the period, and so if someone fails to pay the tier for their land, they will be in debt.
Repeating myself: We are in a better position now that accounts are not canceled for debt anymore but we must continue to fight for a better treatment on LL’s part. I think that it would be a good thing for LL’s business – less people would remain in Basic for fear of having their accounts suspended in case of an unexpected failing in pay the bill.

Could you explain better your project?
For an “interactive time capsule” alone, I think that the simplest way was to start with a teleporter, TPing you around a few places that portrait the same place in different years
As an example:
1. Theatro São José (San Joseph Theater) in 1860, which was demolished for the construction of the Sé cathedral.
2. Sé Cathedral under construction in 1938.
3. Sé Cathedral around 1960.
4. Sé Cathedral today.

We just doubled our space. Nevermore is shared among seven girls, and our homes are in the sky.
A week ago it was like in this miniature. The island was used as a common place for us, to socialize.
The new areas are
* Abrico Beach - Praia de Abricó is a naturist beach in Rio de Janeiro State, and Moni made the group Abrico in 2006. Now the beach was moved to this place, for group meeting.
* “dark forest” – Lou is still building it, I don’t know what she is doing there :smileyhappy:

There are many things in your problem.
In LL’s point of view, it is a resident’s dispute, and LL doesn’t mess with it, except if…
… the L$ received are from a fraudulent origin, in this case “your friend” can be suspended or banned for receiving them.
I’m not a lawyer, so I don’t know if “your friend” can be sued for it, but...
... there we go to personal ethics and goals.
On the personal side, SL or RL alike, I do prefer to be able to see my face in the mirror every morning without being ashamed of myself. I would never accept those L$ if I don’t pretend to pay for them.

Vá na página "Meu continente" e verifique se você tem algum terreno em MainLand. Se tiver, deve abandoná-lo.
Depois vá na página "Terreno de Grupo". Nesta página estarão listados todos os grupos com as doações de terrenos que você eventualmente tenha feito. Se tiver alguma doação, vá ao grupo correspondente (in world) e retire a doação.
Finalmente, quando não tiver nenhum terreno ou doação em seu nome, vá na página "Mudar de plano" e marque a opção Conta básica. -

Quando você for pagar alguma coisa pelo site (comprar L$, enviar dinheiro, etc), antes de confirmar você tem a possibilidade de trocar a forma de pagamento:
Clicando em "Change", abrirá um formulário para inserir a nova forma.
