    It's baked textures that are "old style" btw. The only reason it took so long for tiled textures to catch on is that Pixar somehow managed to secure patents for the concept so everybody else had to wait until the patents expired.

    So the way I do my textures is a good way of doing it. Yes or no. The textures I've added above I'll show you what I'm making

    I've been building recently and creating my own textures RL and uploading them to SL. I'm not sure if I'm doing it properly. Am I actually creating mesh textures or just old school textures.

    Examples attached.

    Has anyone visited Bay City recentlyy. I know it's a long shot but has anyone ever found any abandoned land in Bay City anywhere. I'm currently exploring all the old places of SL that have some sort of established Live community.

    Hiya. My names Kevin and I'm a freelancer looking for Grid Wide work. Dont want to be stuck in one place so available to work for various venues.

    I'm on UK time so daytime work. Would be preferred.

    Had a lot of experience inworld as a host but prefer to do more managerial work. Could even be a PA.

    Looking to earn approx 1500L - 2000L per each hour worked.

    what I've done is buy a large property and sectioned off equal size plots mostly 1024sqm at the front theres three small pieces of land

    x2 48sqm (I've just abandoned it because it's too small to build on.

    x1 480sqm which I own and willing to donate if you buy one of the other plots that i have available.

    What is a Land Baron?

    I'm a land person but dont like to hold onto land for a long time. I buy land at a reasonable price then try to sell it for a couple of hundred linden more. Example. I've recently bought land for 4100L I've split it into 6 square plots. 4x1536sqm and 2x1024sqm the 2 1024sqm I'm selling at 600L each and the 4 1536sqm I'm selling for 900L.

     

    I'm not looking to make a huge profit like the usual land barons but as long as I make someone happy by selling them a more affordable mainland plot and make a few linden profit. Everyones a winner.
