I can't code in PHP or Python...and rely on a Name2Key Google App API written in Python that used vrwsearch...so this is a big deal for me... After some searching....Found Some PHP code that uses the Search.secondlife.com site...Problem I see with this one is that Search.Secondlife.com (Example: http://search.secondlife.com/client_search.php?session=00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000&q=XAVIER%20SOCKINGTON ) comes back with a list of all Groups, and Avatar profiles that have the name you search for in it....then you have to select the search result that is the person's name - and the website URL of the user profile (after you click their name) is their UUID Key.... This website has some php coding with may help in generating a new Key2Name app based on the Search.secondlife website... http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/User:Jor3l_Boa/PHP/n2k.php If anyone creates a Python Google App Engine Using this - please do poke me and let me know - it would be appreciated!
