Still have six listing enhancements stuck in "Charging now, cannot edit" -- for 3 months now. Filed a ticket, customer support said there's nothing they can do about it; and that "dev team is aware" (I'm not so sure they are) -- This doesn't seem to be being actively pursued/addressed any longer? I'm also getting the "So sorry to keep you waiting..." message very often.

It's November 4, and I still have 6 "stuck listings". Was this supposed to be fixed? Because it hasn't been.

Brooke, We have a negative review on one of our products due to marketplace non-delivery. However, we cannot flag it "Marketplace - General Marketplace Issues". We can only flag it "Inappropriate Content". Is there a way we could get some help on this? It seems that other folks are wary on buying this item, even though it was just due to a marketplace delivery problem.
