In what way is it failing?
i'd start by uncommenting the line
//llOwnerSay(body);
And see what is returned when the script attempts to contact the webserver.

The Grid Status page says there will be a roll on the main channel !!?
http://status.secondlifegrid.net/2016/02/29/post2733/
[Posted 7:03 PM PST, 29 February 2016] We will be performing rolling maintenance for regions
on the main Second Life server channel on Tuesday, March 1st, beginning at
approximately 3:00 AM PST. Please refrain from rezzing no copy objects, making inworld
L$ transactions and remember to save all builds. -
That was going to be my next step, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something obvious or already known first.
The jira is here https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-11493 for those who are interested,
-
I have a script that posts sale data to an external server.
It works perfectly fine on the Main Channel, but when i try it on RC Channels (LeTigre and Bluesteel, not tested on Magnum) I get the following returned
<html><head> <title>400 Bad Request</title> </head><body> <h1>Bad Request</h1> <p>Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.<br /> The number of request header fields exceeds this server's limit.</p> </body></html>
Not really sure how long it's been doing this as my store was closed for a while, but has definitely been doing it for the last week , (ie before and after the latest updates to the RC channels)
Does anyone know what is different about the requests sent from the RC channels which might cause this.

You could contact the creator of the tattoos you've already seen and ask if they have or will consider making a version in a suitable applier.
As they will hopefully have the original textures used to make the tattoo, it wouldn't be a great deal of effort for them to do so, and may even generate additional sales for them.

If VMM isn't going to be in the Official Release viewer I don't believe the Automated/Forced Migration should be started.
If a feature isn't in the Official Released Viewer, then it hasn't been fully released, and as per your own knowledge base article on VMM at https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Viewer-managed-Marketplace/ta-p/2854226
"About one week after the full release of Viewer-managed Marketplace, automated migration of Direct Delivery listings begins"
Edit: It appears LL can't even agree on the timeline, another document http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:Viewer-Managed_Marketplace_FAQ#What_is_the_schedule_going_forward.3F
says "A month after the release, automated migration of Direct Delivery listings will begin. Magic Box listings will need to be manually migrated. "

Sample below has the empty events for you,
You just need to add the relevant code to do whatever needs to be done is response to those events being triggered.
default{ state_entry() { llSetLinkPrimitiveParamsFast(LINK_THIS, [PRIM_PHYSICS_SHAPE_TYPE, PRIM_PHYSICS_SHAPE_CONVEX]); // Required to use llSetKeyframedMotion! (restart script once) llSetKeyframedMotion([<-0, -0, -1, 0>, 6.0, <-0, -0, -1, 0>, 6.0], [KFM_DATA, KFM_ROTATION, KFM_MODE, KFM_LOOP]); // Spinning on Z once every 12 seconds! } touch_start(integer total_number) { // do stuff required at start of touch here } touch_end(integer total_number) { // do stuff required at end of touch here } }

llGiveInventoryList is the command you need,
See http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/LlGiveInventoryList for more information.
There are a couple examples there to help you get started,

As Sassy has already said it's not possible to pay an object attached to an Avatar.
It is treated as a direct payment to the avatar and will never trigger any event/action in the script.
The closest alternative would be to integrate a follower script which keeps the tipjar hovering just above your head.
You can find example follower scripts in the script library on the Wiki http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Category:LSL_Library
If you need help adapting one to your needs then you can ask in the LSL Scripting forum.

Google Code is a completely different service to Blogger, it's a repository for programmers to store and share code,
It's closure shouldn't have any noticeable effect on Blogs on Blogger

Try
Linki the prims to the building
Then edit the linkset
Check Edit Linked Prims and select the cube you want to be phantom,
then on the Features tab setthe prim physics tyoe to None
Repeat for the other cubes.
If my understanding is correct this should should leave the house "physical" but the light cubes phantom.

Reset the original script and tested a few times , and it seems to be working as expected now, so just a glitch of some sort I guess
-
It does a full sweep, so Dora's comment shouldn't be in issue in this case.
The only other potential oddity about this particular instance is it is literally on the edge of the sim, although I was sure i was on the same sim as both the root and child prim,
I'll have to make some time ot do more testing and see if there's a repeatable pattern as to when it does and doesn't detetect correctly,
-
Thank you,
Based on that script the sensor range operates from the prim the script is in,
-
Does llSensorRepeat detect using distance ffrom the prom the script is in, or distance from the root prom of the linkset?
Was fiddling with this today, and a script that normally works well didn't seem to be detecting until i moved much closer than the specified range,.
No changes to the script , just put it in a prim other than the root prim
-
So I made a simple mesh house and uploaded it with a calculated LI of 1.5
Rezzed it and it showed a LI of 2 as expected.
Changed the Physics type to Prim and it jumped to 7 ...
Why the difference from the LI calculated during the upload process, or is that number only the LI for convex hull? If so then is there anyway to estimate the likely LI with the modeld set to Prim Physics type?
