I have same problem. I did update billing information, I have 100% of 10 questions and I still can not upload the mesh!:matte-motes-crying: Drew my attention to the progress line, 9 cells green and the last is gray on 10 question. I can't upload mesh cuz in score 100% of 10 questions but in progress line last section is gray. I mean IP Tutorial test, in mesh uploder i have warning about i will not be able to complete the final upload of this model to the Second Life and link to the IP Tutorial test(((( It happens with all my models.
