UPDATE: I did what you indicated and submitted a ticket. Then I receive this: Your Case has been submitted!Thank you for submitting your issue to us. You will be receiving confirmation email with the case number to the email address you provided within 24 hours. That will go to the wrong email address the one I dont have access to any longer. Help:) I no longer have access to the email address I signed an avatar up with and I forgot the password. I have tried the "forget log in information" and it just asks for the email address I signed up with. I cannot access it anymore to reset my password. I need help please.
