  1. Okay, I decided to ask the other people here for help, since after submitting dozens of Support Cases, I got no answer what-so-ever. So now I am trying to dig a bit deeper into this and hopefully get this resolved at the end. So this is what happened: About two months ago I received a message to my e-mail, telling me that there had been a billing failure when I was supposed to pay for my premium membership. In the e-mail I was told to log into my account and update my billing info during a week in order to keep my account active and not get it suspended. I tried to log in every day of the wee
