  1. Hello, We purchased an island last year and have been using it for student training. We recently added a homestead. All has gone well with the student program except that voice will not work for users on campus. The message that "we're having trouble connecting with your voice server" appears. I notice that the first email sent by Linden Lab warns: If you are creating multiple accounts from one location (campus lab, office), your IP address will need to be configured by Linden staff to exceed the default maximum of 5 per network. Submit a support ticket immediately with that information and which organization you're with, as well as an approximate number of accounts you intend to have created. Is this why voice isn't working? At most, I estimate that fewer than 5 people are accessing Second Life from Campus. All are required to use the Student Wireless network (including faculty who connect to SL. Will configuring IP addresses help? Note that this is an issue only for students accessing Second Life from Campus. Everyone who accesses from home can use voice absolutely fine. Please advise. Thank you, Susan Toth-Cohen
