  1. I am normally hanging out with friends in the Eapons testing Sandbox, of late we have been griefed and harassed as well as crashed by (names listed in abuse reports). There have been several abuse reports files about the attacks and frequent crashes he has caused, yet he is still allowed to maintain an account with Second life...even though he is clearly in repeat violation of TOS. A vast majority of these abuse reports are clearly going unanswered, as the behavior of these people coninues, and in most circumstances escelates. I have mentioned this on occasion to Amber Linden who stated that she was surprised that so many abuse reports were going through the cracks. I have been told that an abuse report MUST be filed in order for something to be done, but nothing is being done, these accounts continue to harass and attack people without provocation. PLEASE tell me why this is happening. WHy does LL continue to ignore abuse reports on people who are clearly abusing the system and violating Terms of service?!
  2. First, do you want a new AVATAR or an additioanl account? If you want anew avatar, you just go buy one either on marketplace or in any number of sims thathave them avaialable. If you want a new Account, you just create one the same way you created your first.
  3. I have been having issues staying logged in, and I cannot attach items in my inventory to my avatar. This is a frequen problem when rolling retarts have been complteted typiclaly on the same day. I have re-logged and cleared my inventory cache. I am still unable to compltet teleports, attach my own inventory items. I have restrated my computer, defragmented the hard drive and shut down all other programs besides the operating system. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM!?
  4. Ok, so I sent in a ticket, and got the confirmation Email. I wonder how difficult it is for them to unlock this stuff.
  5. I should also mention that this happed after trying to open a Mercantile on Marketplace.
  6. Ive tried both methods, the one logging into market place directly, AND logging into it via SL's regular log in. Believe me, If I hadn't exhausted the simple options...I wouldn't be so hard up for help.
  7. I have been trying for a few days now to log into market place, and I get a message that reads : So sorry to keep you waiting. We'll be right back! We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly. And then gives me an option to keep shopping" but just brings me back to the same page. Can ANYONE give me some insight as to why this is? I have tried on Internet explorer as well as Google chrome, and neither seems to offer a different solution. I am especially confused, due to the fact that withoutbeing logged in, Marketplace seems to run just fine for me...only when I want to make a purchase and log in does this seem to be an issue.
