I also have this problem Failed to load case # 01674881.....I got an email from linden lab to resolve my account issue and there were two questions that I need to answer by going to this case, I can never get to this case like it don't load either. is there a way I can get to this problem as soon as possible because it is at risk right now with a hacker changing my email and password on 4/28 /13 ate around 4:00pm
