Caresia Adored

When I turn on my Basic Shaders in Preferences all my MESH clothing items and hair disappear off my avatar. I tried a clean install after cleaning out all the cache and such. Not sure what is going on. Mesh Items are showing up around me and if I put the hair on the ground it shows up. it's only items that are ON me. I also have AVATAR cloth checked in prefences as well as all mesh details up to high.
