how do i make a photo Ive taken into an object for hanging on the wall

Sometimes when logging in the walls or floors are missing in my home and to some landmarks. For instance the steps into a club will be missing. I log out and then back in and its usually corrected itself in my home. I'm wondering if there is a setting in my viewer that I have changed accidently and can u tell me what it may be so I can adjust to correct this issue. I'm using a Phoenix viewer.

My partner can teleport into my home which is sitting on estate land but ends up in the kitchen even tho he has set the bedroom as his landing spot How do i fix this?

I have purchased a wedding picture with frame and would like to know how to edit it to make the picture and frame larger to fit a large wall area. I was told it could be done by the photographer.

I have various objects in my lost and found. Some in bundles. I've tried rezzing them at home and at a sandbox. No luck. Would anyone know what they might be before i delete them.

Windows disappear at some angles from inside my house. As soon as i walk up to them they reappear. Is this a viewer problem? Is there some kind of an adjustment I can make to viewer settings. It only seems to be windows.

I rezz most everything i buy on my bedroom floor ann then clean up after myself. There are invisible bumps on the surface of my floor. I cannot walk across the floor without tripping ir walking over them. I've tried the looking at my land to see whats there, control alt t - there is nothing showing. Do u have any suggestions?

I am running emergence on my computer. My new display name does not show on my screen above my head (just my original name) I cannot see my partners new name either - only his original name.
