  1. i have always updated my stuff and it doesn't drop to the bottom . unless you created a new listing for the same product then yes it's treated as a new one
  2. i don't know of a way to get it back . but you always have to wait for few menutes before the items will appear i just refresh the page few times and then i can see it and replace the old item
  3. yes direct delivery works better than mb as a merchant its easier for me, and as a customer i prefer to buy items that will be dilevered directly to my recived items folder instead of waiting for the item to come ,which might take long, then i have to accept it , or sometimes even worse people crash before they click accept then they have to go through lotsa hazzle to get the item again.
  4. i also noticed this problem but i don't know if this is helpful or not but it seems it only happens when i am using firestorm the png would look very bad with sharp unclean edjes but if i logged in with phoenix it looks fine so i am not really sure if its the texture or the viewer.
  5. I've had this problem with a house I was building last year and I kept fixing the prims positions and rotations for days . And they just go back to rotate over and over . I solved this problem eventually by unlinking the whole thing and replaced the prims with fresh ones and changed the root prim and it worked. Right now I am having this problem again but I can't seem to fix it I have tried every thing I know . the prims size and rotation looks fine but they still look rotated slightly or drifted to the point I might just delete the whole thing because its frustrating. one of the ways that might work with this problem is to - lets say your prim rotation is 90, and it became 90.005 - change it twice make it 80 then change it back to 90 again this way worked with me most of the times and the prims seems to stay where they are when you do it
