    Sorry you had that experience @Mark Aji, and I do hope you get a nice home. Last month I got a random great Victorian, so there are really nice abandons out there

    As for the P+/linden home, the FAQ page is clear about the process:

     

    Yes, it is! Premium Plus members can request a specific Linden Home, as long as the home is not occupied and they do not currently have another Linden Home. To do so, Premium Plus members can request a Linden Home by submitting a support ticket (click Submit A Ticket on the top right of this page!) and choose the Issue Type of Land & Region with the subtype of Linden Homes.

    Please note that Premium Plus members can still only own one Linden Home at a time.

    I've always been a fan of Jian, but after their last release, where a poor pony is used a toy to be painted on, I'm afraid there will be no more from them, unless it is removed.

    True Chic, I have been in the group for so long, that I forgot to mention that!! My apologies. I guess it depends on each person, I really wanted that cottage, so I'd have paid the fee anyway!!! (and no, I'm not friends with the owner 😂)

    Hi Tracy, the control panel is inside the house, right by the entry door :) It is the panel used to change the color of the walls, redecorate... There you will find the option ACCESS

    Tracy, apart from the land, you need to enter both their names in the control panel you'll find by the door (clicking on ACCESS/ADD NAME)

    Also, set the parcel to your land group so everyone can rezz objects, and make sure these options are checked (fly is optional):

    For abandoned land, just check around the map, there are tooooooons of empty areas. When you find something you like, just open a support ticket, and LL will set it up for you for 1L$/sqm

    Auctions might be more expensive if there are several people interested in the same land, but you might also find plots that nobody bids for, being you the only one; in this case, you might get it at a really low price, even lower than abandoned land.
