I put a private region in my cart to purchase, and found a $349 "one time fee" in there as well. They don't make it obvious if this fee is in addition to the first month's $209, or if the first month is included in the $349. I couldn't find any answers to this in the forums or knowledge base, so any insight would be appreciated! I can spring the $349 if the first month is included, but if it is $349 + $209 right away then I'll be rethinking my options
