  1. Anyone know how long it usually takes someone from support to reply to a ticket concerning password reset? I sent my ticket in at 9pm on the 11th. I know it was the weekend so there is a delay with that. Im a premium plus member, it was my understanding we had Concierge phone support Anyone know how we access that support? I can find no phone number. I am logged in now on a secondary account. It is my main account that I can not get logged in.
  2. I find copy paste is best to insure all info is input properly. Also try google, there are hundreds of you tube videos showing how to set up streams and broadcasters.
