  1. The problem is that a style card for newcomers wouldn't do, they just don't know how to edit their avatar. There are people that I gave up explaining, and there are also those who are too lazy to do anything about their outfits. Focusing on this type of players I suggested something like remote assistance.
  2. Well, I read the comments on the first suggestion and would like to apologize for my bad English, it's not my main language and I'm still learning. Regarding the question presented in topic one, I realized that I was innocent in some respects because although my intention was good, I understand that there are malicious people who would take advantage of this possibility to harm people who want to edit their avatars. Having said that, is there a chance of an RLV system or a remote assistance program developed by linden lab or another plausible solution to practice this profession without breaking the rules? As I said earlier the intention is to keep new players interested in Second Life because they give up whenever they try to edit their avatars and find it a difficult task. And some newbies who drop out say that Second Life is a ridiculous game and turns off new players. An outfit editor has the knowledge to edit shapes and the best stores to make the person's avatar how they would really like it changing that kind of opinion. Also, novices without knowledge of good stores would come to know them generating profit for the creators through the indications of the outfit editors.
  3. I'm Brazilian and I know that the way I write English seems strange. Anyway, that's not the subject of the thread.
  4. Exactly, but for linden even sharing with a person who uses it in RL is wrong. I would like them to develop a safe way, and people have resources for this kind of work, with a focus on making SL interesting for newcomers. I think I could develop a program or even a way to use RLV to edit someone else's avatar. And resist access to lIndens and other things that could be harmful.
  5. This is a fact, but I believe that linden could make a safe procedure for this to be possible. If they want, they can do it, even if they create an app to share the screen, or an RLV system, where you can edit someone else's avatar without having access to the account. Keeping new players interested by using avatar appearances I think is a good strategy. As I said, many people give up because they don't like the default avatars and don't know how to edit them.
  6. It is true, my friend. Well, I would like them to think about it, I'm sure they can make it secure with some specific system, not necessarily with the need to share the account, because now I thought of a question. My intention may be good, but there are people who don't mean well. But if they could somehow make it safe, they could focus on how to keep the interest of new players joining SL. The issue about newbies not liking SL because they don't understand how to edit their avatar is serious and harmful for lInden. The possibility of working as an outfit editor would also generate partnerships with stores and move the economy, an editor would indicate stores and newcomers would be interested in purchasing the products, something they would never know how to do without help.
  7. It's a great idea, I would also like linden lab to develop a safe way, like RLV, for qualified people registered by linden lab itself, to help new ones and people who don't know how to edit their outfits. A system where professional editors access folders and add and edit items for the novice.
  8. There are people who enter second life for various reasons, curiosity, looking for love, wanting to talk to someone, wanting to feel the emotion doing things they can't do in real life. Well, there are countless reasons and mine is a little different, but there are certainly others like me. I like to write and create universes, I want to write books one day, I also draw, I love creating characters. One day I had the idea of creating one of my characters in second life and it was perfect. The bento technology for editing head and body allows me to faithfully create my characters, and my characters are like my children, I'm even jealous of them. They are little pieces of my personalities and were born from specific moments in my life, difficulties, overcoming, happiness, among other emotions. I invested time and money to create each one of them faithfully to what I envisioned, and that's important to me. While talking about that, now get into another subject. Second Life policies and how new players give up joining this wonderful virtual world because they don't know how to edit their avatars. They always said they were ugly and difficult to edit and gave up playing, but when I showed them pictures of my avatar, they were blown away. Lamp Genies, Hybrid Creatures, Bird Men, Medieval Warriors, Robots, etc. They were interested in having similar things and excited to get back to playing. But according to Second Life policy, account sharing is wrong, but what if there is a new profession in Second Life? Official, from editor of Outfit? That would widen the audience! It would attract more people, especially newbies who have difficulty creating their first outfits and editing their avatars. After knowing how much I love my creations and love editing avatars, think about it. An exception to the rule to create this new outfit editor profession that will move profit and flow into stores. You have that ability, and you're a smart company, and I believe you can be flexible about that. I don't know if you'll care or even read it, but you can't deny that a job that makes life easier for new players about editing their avatars, and even old players who don't know how to edit their avatars (there are many of them), would attract more people to their world . Sorry for the long text.
