Seasons are a wonderful way to keep your land interesting. Fall has been fantastic at Willowdale and many are now looking forward to seeing the change to Winter on November 24th.

Our River Run design is by far the most popular, it features an elaborate waterfall area with a path you can follow up to a lookout. It has the smallest flat area for a house. This style is a bit different depending on the corner.

The Mountain Lake layout has a flat open land area big enough for a mansion, castle or even a little village as well as a huge usable water area with a natural bottom deep enough to satisfy the Merfolk and even do a little boating.

Our Forest Cove design will hold the largest house as it has the most open flat land, it also features a lighthouse and a swim area with useable water.

This very unique layout comes with a castle that you can either keep or return. There is a large flat building area large enough for your own enormous castle or a little village. There is a large swimming area in a calm lagoon as well as a turbulent water area. It uses 1000 prims without the castle so there are plenty left to work with.

This is the layout for beach lovers! Lots of sand, lots of open building space as well as a lagoon to swim in! If you love the beach, this one has it all - even a little island sunning area! There is a lot you can do with this very flexible design to make it your own.

Willowdale Estate was created by Imagin Illyar in 2009 to be something special with professional landscaping and more privacy than you usually get on parcelled land. Today, 15 years later, we are pleased to announce something new - Willowdale Farmland! Professionally landscaped beautiful flat open farmland that is breedable friendly! You can sell your breedables from your land too. This land has a separate covenant from our usual offerings. We are offering a variety of competitively priced sizes - 1/2 sim, 1/3 sim, 1/4 sim, 1/6 sim, 1/8 sim, and smaller 4096 sqm divided by country roads and fencing. Offered on extra-prim stand-alone sims to cut down on lag. Sky builds also allowed. Finally, breedable land you will want to live on!

If you're used to tropical in SL you'll still be surprised with this homestead. This isn't your typical tacky tiki tropical - this is primal and lush with plenty of places to climb and explore above and below the water and plenty of prims left for you to make it your own.
