  1. That's exactly what I need, the static unrigged ones. They would more or less be like a statue...but not one in the T-Pose. Also, with the current NPC I had already rezzed out, I tried what you said about linking and check the animate mesh option...but the moment I linked the dress and the NPC the option was greyed out. So, perhaps I need a different NPC for that to work. As for those characters you mentioned...yes they would be perfect if I could change the clothing on them...as I need more specific clothing. I'll also check out that Paint.Net ChinRey mentioned.
  2. Thank you Animats for the explanation. Unfortunately, I know nothing about Photoshop or GIMP. Every time I try to work with it, I just don't have the patience and end up being frustrated. I may have to re-think my project. I had gotten the [Sherbert] Baby Doll -Boy and girl...those were quite easy to work with since it came with clothes, as well as there had been one outfit packet for each gender I was able to purchase and what was in that packet worked well for what I needed it for in this project. But, then I try to find an Adult human female to do the same with...figured buy FP outfit and link it on the same as I did for the baby dolls...but that didn't work. The dress I had purchased...as I stated above was in the T-Pose....but the Statue/NPC I have her arms are NOT in the T-Pose. They are relaxed and somewhat across her chest and belly. So when I try to put the gown onto her, the gown is in the T-Pose and wouldn't work. That's why I posted here to see if there was a way around it that would be not confusing to do. I had tried to search for ones that were dressed to look like the Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus. That was the first thing I had tried. There is none on the MP. I needed them to be Full Perm, as it would be linked into my project. I even changed my settings so it wasn't FP, but there still wasn't none to be found...which I did find a bit odd as it's fairly popular. Basically I'm needing the three Sanderson Sisters witches from the Hocus Pocus movies, (small sized...bout the size of a small child's doll) to put inside a project that I am in the process of creating. But, when I was unable to find what I was seeking, then I figured to try a different route. Perhaps I'll have to find someone who can make the witches I am needing and pay them for it....if not I'll have to figure something else out for my project. But ty again for the help.
  3. Hello, So, here's my dilemma. I am trying to create an object that has like a mannequin or similar...in it. one that can have the clothes changed on it so I can put the proper outfit on it needed for the theme of my object. I've spent a lot to purchase various NPC-like characters...which I was guessing is what would be needed. But I can't change the clothes on it. What I want is to put on similar clothes that the Sanderson sisters wore in Hocus Pocus movie. I've searched for a complete and full perm object (or NPC Characters) of the sisters but couldn't find those. I don't know how to do Blenders and such or even create a mesh object. So, here's what I am needing. Three witches (the Sanderson sisters from the Hocus Pocus movies), full perm to put into an abject I'm creating to sell. The things I've purchased do not work for my idea, when I try to put clothes on them...like attach the clothes or rather link them. The clothes are in the T-pose which mean arms of the clothes are straight out from the sides, while the object/NPC/Character I am trying to put them on, the arms are down, or posed into a different pose. I've seen some NPC Characters in Medieval clothing, but that clothing doesn't come off or to my knowledge cannot be changed. Could anyone give me some ideas on what I could do...or point me to an NPC object that is full perm and would work? One of the dresses I've purchased for this project has all this in it's folder: Alpha Layer Pant Texture Alpha Layer Top Texture Dress Alpha Layer Dress AO Dress UV Fitmesh Dresses for Belleza Venus, Maitreya Lara, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, Standard, and TMP Mesh Dress Template - SewingLies Templates 2 jpg Mesh Dress Template - SewingLies Templates jpg Vestido TEXT 1 Vestido TEXT 2 Vestido TEXT 3 Vestido TEXT 4 Vestido TEXT 5 I'm just not sure how to make it work on a Doll/Mannequin/NPC or rather what to get to make them work and not have the arms in a T-Pose. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. If you want you could message me in world as well. my name is Kitsune (Micaiyahwen Resident) Thanks in advance, Kitsune
  4. First off I apologize if this isn't the right place to post this in, please move to correct place if not. So, this is just more of a suggestion or feedback. Could there possibly be a button in Marketplace somewhere they we can click to do a filtered search for ONLY scripted items? I tend to do searches for Full Perm items that I can add to whatever it is I am building at the moment. When I decide I want to search for...for example: a Full Perm scripted couch.... preferably mesh. I will go to the Marketplace, type in "scripted" in the search. Then I click on the Permissions I am seeking (Copy, Modify and Transferrable), since it is something being added into my personal build, it needs to be Full Perms. So, in that search I am getting tons of the items I'm seeking, but each and every one of them are NOT scripted...some even says so in the title of the items...others you have to click to open the product page to find out it says it is not scripted.... and yet others don't even have anything posted anywhere on their product page that states it is not scripted. I've purchased a few items thinking they were scripted, because it doesn't say otherwise, only to get the product and find out it's not scripted. I'm not sure if it is because some creators are just putting the product into the wrong categories or many categories... perhaps to get more views or purchases on or from more pages... Either way, it's extremely annoying when you do an actual search for one specific thing, and tons of other products not even related to what you are searching for, comes up. I keep my settings on General, Moderate and Adult for the most part. So, it's not anything to do with that either. And then there is the part where it says Do Not Show: Limited Quantities or Demo Items. When I do my searches, I always put a check on the Do Not Show Demo Items. Your filter Does Not Work for this. Because when I do my search, and the check mark is on.... because I check it again when I find tons of Demos still. I don't need or want these Demos. If a Demo is available for an outfit or hair or shoes etc... I go to the actual product page (that is NOT a Demo) and look for the link that says Try Demo. Thats all that is needed. The link is large enough that it can't be missed. We don't need it on the main page to search Demos. There have also been times that I am searching for an outfit, come across the Demo of a specific outfit, on the Demo product page, there is the link to get the Full Version, but when you click on to get full version... that full version is NOT there to purchase. The link leads you back to home page. I'm not sure if a more filtered search can be done or not. But, the Do Not Show: Limited Quantities or Demo Items needs to be fixed. If it doesn't work, why is it even there then?
  5. I understand the conditions. When I tried to create store, I seen that right off...and went to my profile and added it. I'm not sure why it didn't take, because on my screen it said it was added successfully. So, I had to go back after your replies here and check. I put it in again. After putting card in a second time, I got this: Your payment method was added successfully. Same as I got the first time, I put card info in. Which is why I put up this post in the first place. Because I went back and tried the create store again and got the same exact thing. Kitsune
  6. Hi. I'm not sure what's wrong, but I am trying to create my store in Marketplace. And I end up getting this: Not all conditions are met, please see below. To create a store, you must: Use your payment method for a transaction. Transactions include making a Marketplace purchase or a Linden dollar (L$) purchase on the LindeX. You must agree to the Second Life Marketplace Fee and Listing Policies. I agree to the Second Life Marketplace Fee and Listing Policies If you have completed all of these items, you can proceed to creating your store. So, I'm not sure why I'm getting the: Not all conditions are met, please see below. I've read the Second Life Marketplace Fee and Listing Policies as well (just in case something had changed since the last time I read it.) But I keep getting this message. Kitsune
