  1. Hi ,I need a good skin teacher. Please show me your portfolio if interested. I know the basics, just want to learn skin making more in depth.
  2. I'm fairly new but I know the basics, I want to hire someone who can teach me how to make realistic skins on second life. If someone knows someone who teaches or is someone capable of teaching me I'd be willing to pay quite a bit because it's my passion.
  3. I am talking about creating mesh. I know in order to create clothing/hair you need a lot of programs which cost money and I decided against cracking programs so thats a no for me. I also know blender is free but can you do much on it without other complementary programs, I already have adobe creative so I could use all their programs but does it help? From your experience is it possible to create sellable items without spending?
  4. I understand your pain. I have spent a small real life Fortune on customising my avatar and I regret many many purchases.i have now too many heads and too many bodies and too little cash in my bank account... clothes are too expensive, fat packs are close to what you'd pay for a real life piece of clothing, rent is ridiculous in sl, that's why I'm living now on a sandbox. SL is an addictive money machine and probably as I'm writing this I'm converting another 20 dollar bill into effing Lindens. What has my life come to...
  5. Thank you so much but I have trouble texturing the low poly dress.. The maps that I export from SP do nothing in second life for the dress, its just like black paint. Do you know how to fix that?
  6. So I made a top in Marvelous designer, zbrush and blender but when I want to texture it in substance, although the texture looks great in substance when I use it in second life it is just a black paint, the texture doesnt work. Substance painter forms the texture maps so why wouldnt it fit my top in second life? Is there a way to fix it so I can texture my top https://ibb.co/6J0nvVj https://ibb.co/J22k8tB

  8. It's at the Nova Mainstone I think. Here is the picture..
  9. How do I get a texture map to fit the dress? Like I did something on substance painted but when I uploaded it it didn't fit the dress at all
  10. There is a similar one at Nova called Tatum if it helps.
  11. Hi, so I made a dress in Marvelous Designer and Blender, I uploaded it into second life and of course it has no texture. I understood so far. However I dont understand how to texture this dress to make it look realistic. Right now its just blank. I have Zbrush and substance painter but I have no idea how to use them to make the dress texture,
  12. So I made a cute dress on MD on Maitreya Lara and exported it as an obj . When I import it to blender, the dress is miles away and very very big (I can not see it unless I really scale it down). I was wondering what was the reason for this and what can I do to have the dress fit on blender as it does in MD.
  13. No I meant skins that look like in the pics of different store skin pics. Most of them look nothing like the pics, for instance Glam Affair
  14. I'm looking for soft girly skins, not mature ones for the ryn head or Kaya head. can you recommend some stores where the skin looks like the pictures.
